Sigma currently operates one manufacturing facility in Goa Sigma Laboratories, Goa was conceived as a complete renovation and refurbishment of an older unit manufacturing tablets, capsules, topicals, liquids and injectables.

Sigma, Goa is a small factory built to cGMP standards and principles and has the facilities to manufacture solid oral and topical formulations. The plant has a capacity of 200 million tablets a year and 80,000 kg of topicals. The production infrastructure is geared to produce goods that adhere to global quality standards.

Sigma, Goa has an excellent quality record, having won several quality approvals with no critical and very few major or minor observations. The most recent quality inspection of the plant was by the EMEA and resulted in only a few minor observations.
